Murrieta Health and Rehabilitation Center is a 145-bed skilled nursing facility located in Murrieta, California. We have been providing personal skilled care 24 hours a day since 1999. Our high-octane facility has a staff that specializes in post-acute rehabilitation and post-acute orthopedic care to help our residents regain their independence and return to their homes.
